Order Processing
Please note that all orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
(Please allow extra time during busy periods.)
Processing Times
- Standard orders: 1-2 working days
- Peak seasons: 2-3 working days (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.)
- Personalised items: 8-14 business days (see details below)
Order Cut-off Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends are processed the next working day
- Orders placed on bank holidays are processed the next working day

Standard Delivery
- Cost: £2.99
- Delivery time: 5-10 working days
- FREE when you spend over £40
- Tracking: Provided via email once dispatched
Express Delivery
- Cost: £7.99
- Delivery time: 2-3 working days
- Tracking: Full tracking provided
- Insurance: Included up to £100
Delivery Information
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- If you're not home, the courier will leave a card with collection details
- Rural or remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days
International Shipping

Personalised & Pre-Order Items
Please note: Personalised or pre-order items typically take 8–14 business days to ensure quality and craftsmanship.
If your order includes other items:
- Standard items will be dispatched immediately
- Personalised items will follow separately once ready
- You'll receive tracking information for each shipment
- No additional shipping charges for split orders

Shipping Addresses
Address Requirements
- Provide complete, accurate shipping addresses
- Include apartment/flat numbers and postal codes

Address Changes

- Address changes may not be possible once orders are dispatched
- Return and reshipment fees may apply for incorrect addresses
Restricted Addresses
We cannot deliver to:
- PO Boxes (UK only - use physical addresses)
- Military bases (contact us for special arrangements)
- Some remote Scottish Islands (contact us to confirm)
Tracking Your Order
Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of dispatch
- Track your package using the provided link
- Contact us if you haven't received tracking information after 2 working days
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and safe places around your property
- Confirm the delivery address on your order
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes there are scanning delays)

Lost or Damaged Packages

- We take full responsibility for packages until they reach you
- Report any issues within 48 hours of expected delivery
